This Privacy Policy defines how personal data of users of the NeuroSell website located at https://neurosellproject.ru is processed and protected. The personal data operator is the NeuroSell team. For any questions related to data processing, users may contact neurosellsupport@gmail.com.

This Policy applies to all information that the operator may obtain about a user during registration, sign in, course participation, test completion, and use of website features.

2. What data may be processed

  • first and last name;
  • email address;
  • password hash (the password itself is not stored in plain text);
  • data about lessons, modules, tests, and certificate progress;
  • technical data that may be automatically logged by the server: IP address, date and time of the request, browser and device data, cookies, and session identifier.

3. Purposes of personal data processing

  • user registration and sign in on the website;
  • creation and maintenance of a personal account;
  • saving learning progress and test results;
  • generation and issuing of a certificate after course completion;
  • communication regarding website operation;
  • ensuring website security and preventing abuse.

4. Legal grounds for processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of the user’s consent given when filling out the registration form and confirming agreement with the policy, as well as when processing is necessary for website operation and compliance with legal requirements.

The operator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and destruction. Access to data is granted only to persons who need it for website and project operation.
